Board pack, 2026-09-21
Version 0.0.1. Prepared against company/product-facts.md in the calabrodesign repository. Every figure in a board pack should be traceable to a source, so every claim below carries the fact id it came from, and anything without one is marked open.

There are no financial figures in this pack.
That is not an omission we are working around. product-facts.md records the numbers section as open (N-1): no figures for this toolchain were supplied, and none reproduce from a repository or report in scope. Owner review of that file is due 2026-10-03 (T-4), and wave 2 does not start until it is signed off (T-5).
A board pack whose numbers were invented to fill a template is worse than a board pack with the numbers missing, because the first one is usable and wrong. So this pack ships as the structure, with every figure slot named, its source named, and its status stated. When N-1 closes, the slots fill and the version moves.

Five tools are named in the product record (fieldpack, runlog, evalset, fixturegen, skilldiff) and each is recorded as open, because as of 2026-09-21 no spec or shipped code for any of the five was found in the repository or the linked pointer (P-4 to P-8). We are not going to describe them until there is something to describe.
2. Decisions taken
One decision is on the record and it is worth a board's attention because it constrains the roadmap.
Evalset grades with deterministic graders rather than an LLM as judge (D-1). What was cut to get there is LLM-as-judge grading. The reasoning behind the trade is recorded as open, which means a board asking "why" today gets an honest "not yet written down" rather than a reconstruction.

The method that will produce each of these is written up on the model. The method exists now; the inputs do not.
4. Vendors and their cost
The vendor list is settled even though the spend against it is not.

Two vendors that belong on this list are recorded as open: DNS and registrar for the domain (V-1) and the company email provider (V-6). Neither has a cost line here for the same reason neither has a row on the trust desk. We do not have it confirmed.
5. What went wrong this period
One finding is on the record. On 2026-09-19, during a host verification pass, qr.bryancalabro.com was serving a 404 for its Open Graph image after an icon set merged (F-1, T-2). It was corrected and re-verified.
A second, softer finding from the same review is recorded as noted rather than resolved (F-2). We report it as open because that is what the record says.

The critical path through this pack runs through 2026-10-03. Until that review lands, section 3 stays empty and this pack cannot say what it is for.
7. What we are asking for
Nothing financial. One decision: sign-off on product-facts.md by 2026-10-03, so that the figures in section 3 have a source and the next version of this pack is a document rather than a shape.
